  • • Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy for the Americas, turning Freshworks’ channel ecosystem into a predictable revenue engine. You will architect and execute integrated co-marketing plans with marquee distributors, high-growth VARs and regional resellers across the US, Brazil, Mexico and Subtropical South America—translating partner potential into measurable pipeline and closed-won deals.
  • • Translate regional revenue targets into quarterly joint marketing plans that ladder directly to MQCs, SAOs and closed-won ARR. You will map each partner tier to specific growth motions, set clear KPIs and build a rolling 90-day calendar that Sales, Channel and Marketing all trust as the single source of truth.
  • • Design and deploy localized GTM motions that resonate in-market. From Portuguese-language nurture streams for Brazilian MSPs to Spanish-first ABM plays for Mexican enterprise resellers, you will adapt messaging, creative and offers so every partner feels Freshworks was built for their customer base.
  • • Launch high-impact co-marketing programs—webinars, executive roundtables, digital campaigns, field events and industry sponsorships—that position Freshworks and partners as the unified solution of choice. You will own concept, content, promotion, execution and post-event nurture, ensuring every touchpoint accelerates partner-sourced pipeline.
  • • Build and distribute “campaign-in-a-box” assets that enable distributors to amplify Freshworks at scale. Think turnkey email sequences, co-branded landing pages, social kits and call scripts that partners can deploy in under 30 minutes—while you track MDF utilization and ROI in real time.
  • • Steward MDF like a venture capitalist: allocate budget against partners with the highest propensity to drive net-new ARR, negotiate co-op accruals, approve claims within SLA and report ROI to regional leadership every quarter. You will make every marketing dollar feel like a growth investment, not an expense line.
  • • Embed yourself in field execution. Travel (up to 25%) to Miami, SĂŁo Paulo, Mexico City and regional partner roadshows to run enablement workshops, sit in on customer calls and ensure every campaign lands with local nuance and maximum impact.
  • • Cultivate partner advocacy by surfacing customer wins, co-selling success stories and joint case studies. You will turn satisfied partners into vocal champions who reference Freshworks in their own marketing, multiplying our reach without incremental spend.
  • • Own the metrics that matter: MQCs, SAOs, influenced pipeline and partner-sourced revenue. You will build dashboards in SFDC and Tableau, present findings in quarterly business reviews and iterate programs based on data—not hunches.
  • • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Customer Advocacy. You will chair weekly stand-ups, run retros after every major program and ensure partner feedback loops directly into roadmap prioritization.
  • • Maintain operational rigor across program calendars, partner communications and system hygiene. From updating partner tiers in PRM to ensuring MDF claims auto-sync to finance, you will make complexity invisible to stakeholders and partners alike.
  • • Champion cultural fluency. Whether negotiating a co-sell motion with a Miami-based master agent or brainstorming a carnival-themed customer event in Rio, you will bring empathy, curiosity and a growth mindset to every interaction—turning regional diversity into competitive advantage.
