- • Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy for the Americas, translating Freshworks’ global vision into high-impact, localized GTM motions that accelerate pipeline across North America and LATAM. You will architect quarterly joint marketing plans with top-tier distributors, high-growth VARs and strategic resellers, ensuring every MDF dollar is tied to measurable MQCs, SAOs and closed-won revenue.
- • Serve as the single-threaded owner of through-partner demand generation. Design and deploy campaign-in-a-box assets, content syndication packages and turnkey event kits that empower partners to run world-class marketing without heavy lift from HQ. You’ll coach partners on best-practice messaging, audience segmentation and follow-up cadences, turning passive channel logos into active revenue engines.
- • Drive high-impact co-marketing programs—webinars, executive roundtables, digital ABM plays, regional roadshows and marquee industry sponsorships—tailored to the cultural and linguistic nuances of the US, Brazil, Mexico and Subtropical South America. You will localize core narratives, translate assets and adapt creative so every touchpoint feels native to the market and compelling to the buyer.
- • Orchestrate the MDF lifecycle from planning and allocation through approval, execution and ROI analysis. Build transparent dashboards that show real-time pipeline contribution by partner tier and program type, giving Channel Sales and Finance clear line-of-sight into what’s working and where to double down.
- • Embed yourself with Channel Sales leadership to ensure field alignment. Attend weekly pipeline calls, quarterly business reviews and SKOs to gather voice-of-partner feedback, refine targeting and co-create joint account plans that turn partner mindshare into market share.
- • Cultivate partner advocacy at scale. Identify customer wins, co-develop case studies and secure speaking slots that spotlight joint success stories. You’ll manage a rolling editorial calendar of partner spotlights, joint press releases and social proof that fuels both partner pride and prospect confidence.
- • Champion operational excellence. Own the partner marketing calendar, maintain clean data in SFDC and Marketo, and ensure every campaign is tagged, tracked and attributed correctly. You’ll build scalable workflows that allow rapid replication across hundreds of partners without sacrificing quality or compliance.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing to align roadmap launches with partner readiness, with Field Marketing to layer partner presence into regional events, and with Customer Advocacy to amplify joint references. You’ll act as the connective tissue that keeps partners visible in every major GTM motion.
- • Travel up to 25% across the Americas to run on-site enablement sessions, attend partner summits and support marquee events. You will be the face of Freshworks in-market, building trust and deepening relationships that transcend email and Zoom.
- • Report to the Global Director of Partner Marketing and contribute to worldwide best-practice sharing. Your wins will be scaled into playbooks, your lessons will inform product roadmap priorities, and your creativity will shape the next generation of partner growth at Freshworks.
