- • Own the end-to-end GTM motion for Freshworks’ Americas partner ecosystem, translating channel strategy into high-impact marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth across North America and LATAM.
- • Architect and execute joint marketing plans with tier-one distributors, top-performing resellers and fast-growing VARs—translating partner objectives into quarterly campaign roadmaps that generate MQCs, SAOs and closed-won deals.
- • Localize value propositions, messaging and creative assets for the unique buyer personas in Brazil, Mexico and Subtropical South America, ensuring cultural relevance while preserving global brand consistency.
- • Design and run co-marketing programs that span webinars, executive roundtables, digital ABM campaigns, partner-hosted field events and marquee industry sponsorships—each mapped to a clear funnel stage and revenue target.
- • Build and distribute “campaign-in-a-box” toolkits that empower partners to execute demand-gen plays autonomously, including email nurtures, social copy, landing pages and call scripts that convert at above-benchmark rates.
- • Steward the MDF lifecycle—forecasting annual budgets, shepherding partner proposals through legal and finance approvals, and rigorously tracking ROI to prove marketing-attributed pipeline contribution.
- • Serve as the single-threaded owner for partner marketing inside quarterly business reviews with distributor and VAR leadership, presenting performance dashboards, surfacing friction points and co-authoring next-quarter action plans.
- • Collaborate daily with Channel Sales VPs and Regional Directors to align marketing priorities with field coverage models, ensuring every campaign has a clear sales follow-up motion and shared KPIs.
- • Identify, document and amplify partner success stories—transforming customer wins into case studies, co-selling testimonials and stage-worthy conference content that fuels partner advocacy and competitive differentiation.
- • Maintain operational excellence across SFDC campaign hierarchies, partner portal content calendars and automated nurture streams, ensuring data hygiene and real-time visibility for stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- • Act as the cultural bridge between Freshworks’ global Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Customer Advocacy teams and our diverse partner base, ensuring two-way feedback loops that refine messaging and accelerate roadmap adoption.
- • Champion a test-and-learn mindset—running multivariate experiments on offer types, creative formats and channel mixes—then scaling the highest-performing tactics across the broader Americas partner network.
- • Travel up to 25% to support flagship partner events, on-site enablement workshops and strategic QBRs, building in-person rapport that accelerates digital campaign performance and long-term partner loyalty.
