  • • Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy for the Americas, turning Freshworks’ channel ecosystem into a predictable pipeline engine. You will architect joint marketing plans with marquee distributors, high-velocity VARs and regional resellers across the United States, Brazil, Mexico and Subtropical South America—translating partner potential into measurable MQCs, SAOs and closed-won revenue.
  • • Design and execute localized go-to-market motions that resonate in distinct cultural and linguistic markets. From Portuguese-language webinars for Brazilian MSPs to Spanish-language digital campaigns targeting Mexican mid-market IT leaders, you will adapt messaging, creative and offers so every partner can authentically represent the Freshworks brand while hitting their number.
  • • Build and scale a “campaign-in-a-box” library that arms partners with turnkey assets—email nurtures, social copy, battle cards, demo scripts, landing pages and paid-media creatives—so a two-person VAR in Austin or a 200-person distributor in SĂŁo Paulo can launch high-impact programs in hours, not weeks.
  • • Drive high-touch co-marketing activations: executive roundtables in New York, customer panels at Mexico City tech forums, joint webinars with LATAM cloud consultancies and sponsored booths at Channel Partners Expo. You will negotiate contracts, manage budgets, coach speakers and ensure every activation ladders up to pipeline goals and brand consistency.
  • • Own Market Development Fund (MDF) planning, allocation and ROI measurement. You will forecast quarterly spend, shepherd approvals through legal and finance, and build dashboards that show exactly how every dollar invested in partners converts to pipeline and revenue—turning MDF from a cost center into a growth lever.
  • • Serve as the connective tissue between Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Customer Advocacy. You will sit in QBRs with distributor VPs, translate product-roadmap updates into partner-ready battle cards, and surface partner-generated customer stories so Sales can close bigger deals faster.
  • • Champion partner advocacy by identifying marquee customer wins and turning them into co-branded case studies, video testimonials and press releases. You will coach partners on storytelling, shepherd approvals and amplify content across Freshworks’ owned channels to accelerate trust and shorten sales cycles.
  • • Establish operational rigor: maintain a living calendar of partner events, campaigns and content releases; ensure SFDC campaign hierarchies and attribution tags are accurate; and publish a monthly scorecard that shows MQCs, SAOs, influenced pipeline and event ROI by partner tier and region.
  • • Cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will A/B test webinar formats, iterate on nurture tracks and pilot new paid-syndication channels with distributors—always grounded in data and always sharing learnings across the global Partner Marketing guild.
  • • Represent Freshworks at industry conferences, partner advisory boards and regional channel associations. You will evangelize our vision for “customer-for-life software,” recruit net-new partners and gather market intelligence that feeds back into product roadmap and competitive positioning.
