- • The Lead Analyst, People Technology (Core HCM) is a critical individual contributor role responsible for maintaining the integrity and scalability of ServiceTitan’s Workday foundation, ensuring data architecture and configuration support the entire people systems ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will own Core HCM configuration across the employee lifecycle, design scalable solutions with a systems-thinking mindset, anticipate downstream impacts on Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent modules, and proactively manage data quality and system integrity.
- • You will serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders in Operations, Global Expansion, IT, FP&A, HR, Finance, and Legal, translating ambiguous business needs into technical requirements and driving the Workday roadmap forward.
- • You will lead M&A integrations and new entity builds end-to-end, design and implement AI-powered automations using Workato AI agents and Claude LLMs, mentor team members on Workday best practices, and champion adoption of new technologies to elevate the collective technical skill floor.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of deep, hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience across complex, global tenants
- • Demonstrated experience leading high-stakes delivery such as M&A, new entity builds, or major org restructuring, owning the technical workstream from due diligence through stabilization
- • Deep fluency in Workday’s data model, security architecture, and business process framework, with ability to reason confidently about downstream impact across modules
- • Comfortable in the integrations layer: understands differences between EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, and APIs, can read logs, and triage issues independently
- • Actively uses AI in day-to-day workflow (e.g., Workato AI agents, Claude LLMs) as a genuine multiplier for research, design, documentation, and problem-solving
- • Strong documentation and communication skills: able to explain complex configuration decisions to both engineers and executives
