- • Be the unmistakable face of Stable Money’s content universe. You will appear across YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, in-app explainers and live webinars, instantly recognised as the calm, credible voice that demystifies fixed-income investing for 30 lakh Indians.
- • Own every stage of on-screen storytelling: cold-read complex scripts on sovereign gold bonds at 9 a.m., riff unscripted on RBI policy at 3 p.m., and host a fireside chat with a 25-year-old first-time investor by 6 p.m. Your delivery will be so natural that viewers forget they’re learning.
- • Translate dense regulatory circulars, yield-curve charts and credit-rating footnotes into snackable 60-second shorts and deep-dive 12-minute masterclasses. You will decide when to use a whiteboard, when to pull up a live FD calculator, and when a simple smile to camera is enough.
- • Build a two-way relationship with our community. Reply to comments within the first hour, drop surprise AMAs on Sunday mornings, and read sentiment data to flag recurring questions (“What happens if my bank folds?”) so the product team can pre-empt them.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with research analysts, scriptwriters and motion-graphic designers. You’ll challenge a stat, rewrite a hook, or improvise a Hindi idiom that makes a bond’s duration feel as familiar as a family recipe.
- • Set the gold standard for compliance. Every word you utter will pass SEBI, RBI and ASCI filters without sounding like legalese. You will record re-takes rather than risk mis-stating a lock-in clause.
- • Attract and coach tomorrow’s anchors. Identify charismatic voices inside the company, run mock shoots, and build a bench that can step in when you’re on vacation—without the brand skipping a beat.
- • Track your own KPI dashboard daily: average view duration, click-through rate, repeat-view ratio, and qualitative love in the comments (“Finally someone who speaks my language”). Iterate scripts, thumbnails and pacing in real time.
- • Represent Stable Money offline at fintech conferences, college festivals and media panels. Your stage presence should convert a 500-seat auditorium into 5,000 new app installs.
- • Champion diversity of voice. Ensure that examples feature salaried millennials, retired grandparents, gig-workers and NRIs alike, reflecting the breadth of Indians who trust us with ₹4,000 crore of their savings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years as the on-screen face of a digital newsroom, fintech channel, or ed-tech platform with verifiable audience metrics
- • Deep working knowledge of fixed-income instruments (FDs, bonds, debt MFs) and macro events (RBI policy, inflation prints, credit ratings)
- • Native-level fluency in Hindi with neutral accent; ability to code-switch to crisp, jargon-free English on demand
- • Proven comfort with data: you can read a retention graph and adjust tone, pace or thumbnail accordingly
- • Track record of compliant content—no SEBI show-cause letters, no ASCI takedowns
