  • • Own the end-to-end Salesforce CPQ roadmap for a fast-growing SaaS unicorn, translating complex pricing strategies into elegant, scalable configurations that power $500M+ ARR.
  • • Architect and continuously refine product catalog hierarchies, price books, discount matrices, and approval workflows that reduce quote-to-order cycle time from days to minutes while maintaining 99.9% accuracy.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Legal to gather requirements, map pain-points, and co-create solutions that eliminate revenue leakage and accelerate deal velocity.
  • • Design and deploy advanced CPQ features—subscription ramp schedules, co-terming logic, usage-based tiers, multi-currency support, and renewal automation—ensuring every quote reflects the latest pricing, packaging, and compliance rules.
  • • Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce CPQ and downstream billing, ERP, and revenue-recognition systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Workday), eliminating manual re-entry and ensuring a single source of truth.
  • • Lead sprint planning, user-story grooming, and UAT sessions; write clear acceptance criteria and test scripts that empower QA and business stakeholders to validate functionality with confidence.
  • • Establish governance, naming conventions, and change-management processes that keep the CPQ org clean, auditable, and ready for hyper-scale growth across new geos and product lines.
  • • Monitor KPI dashboards (quote accuracy, approval aging, discount leakage, renewal uplift) and run quarterly business reviews that spotlight wins, surface risks, and drive continuous optimization.
  • • Create crisp, visual documentation—process maps, release notes, training decks—that turns complex CPQ logic into bite-sized guidance for 500+ global sellers and deal-desk analysts.
  • • Champion enablement: deliver live workshops, office hours, and self-paced e-learning paths that cut ramp-up time for new reps by 40% and boost user adoption to >95%.
  • • Serve as tier-3 escalation point for CPQ incidents, leveraging debug logs, data fixes, and sandbox testing to restore service within SLA and prevent recurrence.
  • • Contribute to Freshworks’ Center of Excellence, sharing best practices, reusable components, and thought-leadership blogs that position the company as a CPQ innovator in the SaaS industry.
