- • Reporting directly to the AVP, Brokerage Sales, your primary focus will be to build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring alignment with IFG's enterprise growth objectives and quality standards.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Medicare industry, capable of identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential agents and agencies into contracted IFG producers.
- • You will be the face of IFG in external market-facing environments, actively representing the company at national and regional trade shows, industry conferences, carrier events, and networking forums to generate qualified leads and enhance brand presence.
- • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to establish IFG as a preferred partner within the Medicare distribution market, leveraging your expertise in relationship building and thought leadership to foster strong industry connections.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Regional Sales Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process and facilitate the successful integration of newly recruited agents and agencies into the IFG network.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including pipeline volume, conversion rates, contracted agent counts, and early production indicators, using this data to refine recruitment strategies.

- • By expanding IFG's brand presence and fostering key industry relationships, you will directly contribute to the expansion and success of Humana's Medicare distribution network.
- • This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings, and extensive travel to conferences, trade shows, and agency meetings to effectively perform your duties.
- • Your efforts will directly impact the growth and market share of IFG, ensuring a steady influx of skilled and compliant agents and agencies to serve Humana's members.
- • You will be a key player in shaping the future of IFG's distribution strategy, identifying emerging talent and agencies that align with Humana's mission of putting health first.
- • The role involves continuous learning and adaptation to the dynamic Medicare market, staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- • You will leverage your expertise to build a sustainable and high-performing recruitment engine for IFG.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by the tangible growth in contracted agents and agencies, their subsequent production, and the overall enhancement of IFG's market position and brand reputation.
