• • As a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Tiger Analytics Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving critical system enhancements and upgrades within our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in enterprise financial systems, particularly Trintech Frontier (Fiserv), to enable data-driven decision-making for our Fortune 500 clients.
• • You will serve as the pivotal liaison between our diverse business stakeholders and our dedicated technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and system requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, meticulously managed within Jira.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves leading and supporting application upgrades, complex system deployments, and the entire release management lifecycle. This requires a proactive approach to planning, execution, and risk mitigation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximum value realization from new system functionalities.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and documenting requirements for system enhancements and upgrades, employing best practices in business analysis to capture the full scope of business needs. This includes conducting in-depth interviews, workshops, and data analysis to ensure all requirements are thoroughly understood and accurately represented.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating and executing comprehensive testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will be responsible for developing test plans, test cases, and ensuring that all system functionalities meet the defined quality standards and business objectives before release.
• • A key contribution will be the identification of opportunities for process improvements and the recommendation of strategic system enhancements. By analyzing current workflows and system performance, you will propose innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business value.
• • This role demands hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and providing production support for system-related issues. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve complex problems, ensuring the continued stability and reliability of our critical business systems.
• • You will play a leadership role in guiding junior analysts and contributing to the overall development of the Business Systems Analysis function within Tiger Analytics.
