📋 Description

• Lead, Compensation Partner at Reddit Inc. is a strategic role responsible for shaping and scaling compensation programs that align with business strategy and support talent goals across broad-based, sales, and executive/equity compensation.
• Day to day, the role involves translating complex data into actionable narratives for senior leaders, designing innovative compensation programs, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Equity teams to administer compensation cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting.
• The compensation team at Reddit is highly collaborative, self-driven, and values teamwork, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful decision-making in support of Reddit’s mission to foster open and authentic conversations across its 100,000+ active communities and 126 million daily unique visitors.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic compensation design, gain influence over company-wide talent strategy, and build trusted partnerships that balance employee experience with organizational sustainability while advancing Reddit’s growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or closely related analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology or dynamic environments
• Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices across base pay, bonus, and equity, including job architecture, market benchmarking, ranges, and pay equity
• Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and modeling with advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel for scenario analysis, data visualization, and modeling
