  • • BJAK is seeking a visionary Lead Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative direction and execution of our brand in the UK market. This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives on translating strategic insights into compelling, high-performing digital content and campaigns. You will be the architect of our brand's voice, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring it resonates deeply with our target audience while driving measurable business results. As a key member of our lean, high-output team, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy from conception to execution, working directly with leadership and contributing meaningfully to our mission of building superior application platforms that enhance efficiency and foster societal progress.
  • • In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and refining BJAK's brand narrative for the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end development of campaign and brand plans. This includes meticulously crafting the brand voice, defining core messaging pillars, establishing a clear style guide, and architecting a robust content framework that supports our growth objectives. You will immerse yourself in the UK market, conducting in-depth creative discovery. This involves rigorous research into current UK market campaigns, emerging social trends, and nuanced user behavior to pinpoint the most effective messaging angles and creative opportunities.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve translating these strategic insights and market understanding into innovative campaign concepts. You will develop actionable blueprints that guide the creation of digital content, ensuring a seamless transition from strategic thinking to tangible creative output. This includes conceptualizing and overseeing the production of a high volume of digital assets, with a particular emphasis on performance-driven content. You will be responsible for developing executable digital assets, taking ownership of production workflows for dynamic video ads, concise short-form scripts, and other mobile-first content designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this position. You will partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to analyze campaign performance data. This includes a deep dive into key metrics such as Click-Through Rates (CTR), conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Your insights from this data analysis will be crucial for iterating on creative assets, optimizing them for maximum acquisition efficiency, and ensuring continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness. You will be the guardian of BJAK's new UK brand voice, ensuring all content not only aligns with its established tone and guidelines but also pushes creative boundaries to stand out in a competitive landscape.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a hands-on creative strategy role, with 4-6 years of experience focused on performance creative, digital content, or campaign strategy. Experience within high-growth B2C brands or leading agencies is highly desirable. You must be able to demonstrate, through a compelling portfolio, your ability to translate strategic insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first content. Expertise in digital content production workflows is essential, covering aspects such as scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivering optimized assets tailored for various digital platforms.
  • • Furthermore, you will have a proven ability to leverage campaign metrics to critically evaluate, iterate upon, and scale creative concepts. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and video production editing software is expected. Strong project management skills are paramount, enabling you to effectively manage complex, cross-functional workflows and deliver projects on time and within scope.
