• • The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is a performance-based role focused on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for inbound sales teams, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring high-quality lead flow.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to demo requesters, handling inbound phone calls and chats, generating interest from initially unresponsive prospects, scheduling demos for sales teams, and participating in team meetings to share progress and resolve blockers.
