• • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our extensive engineering organization, comprising over 800 AI, data, cloud, and software experts. This synergy is crucial to ensure that the strategies you develop are not only innovative but also practically implementable and deliver real-world impact.
• • This is a unique "builder" role, demanding a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and strong leadership capabilities. • • **Build and Evolve the Transformation Offering:** You will take ownership of defining and refining the consulting portfolio for the Transformation Practice. This includes developing comprehensive strategies for Operating Model Evolution, Digital Roadmapping, Automation Strategy, AI-enabled Process Redesign, and Change Enablement. Your contribution will involve creating essential resources such as methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and assessment tools, alongside developing compelling, repeatable transformation narratives, robust value cases, and clear delivery blueprints.
• • **Lead Strategic Transformation Projects:** You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact transformation engagements. This involves conducting thorough discovery phases, assessing current business processes, identifying maturity gaps, and designing future-state operating models. You will craft detailed transformation roadmaps that encompass technology, people, governance, and execution strategies. Furthermore, you will structure Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and pilot programs designed to validate and scale transformative changes effectively.
• • **Drive Commercial Growth & Client Success:** A significant part of your role will be to partner with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and collaboratively develop compelling proposals. You will lead critical client interactions, including workshops, C-level discussions, diagnostic sessions, and visioning exercises. Your ability to translate complex business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives will be key to winning new projects and fostering deeper, long-lasting client relationships.
• • **Build & Develop a High-Performing Team:** You will play an active role in recruiting talented strategists and consultants to expand the Transformation Practice. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior team members, cultivating a team culture that emphasizes excellence, constructive feedback, strong ownership, and a client-first mentality. Ensuring the team's scalability and consistent delivery quality through robust methodological foundations will be paramount.
