- • Lead, Executive Operations role focused on bringing structure and consistency to execution around the CEO and leadership team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd.
- • Establish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work moving and translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans
- • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them early
- • Support hiring coordination and key operational workstreams when needed, build lightweight playbooks and ways of working to improve consistency
- • Track progress and surface clear updates to leadership, continuously improve how executive-level work is managed and executed
- • Work in a high talent density, hands-on team that values collective decision-making, rapid speed, and balancing high-quality output with learning
- • Contribute to a mission of bringing AI to have practical benefits to billions globally through structured, judgment-driven execution

- • Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles
