- • Lead, Executive Operations role focused on bringing structure and consistency to execution around the CEO and leadership team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. in Hong Kong.
- • Establish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work moving; translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans; coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them early; support hiring coordination and key operational workstreams when needed.
- • Build lightweight playbooks and ways of working to improve consistency; track progress and surface clear updates to leadership; continuously improve how executive-level work is managed and executed.
