Scale Army Careers is seeking a talented individual to own the entire top-of-funnel lead generation process for a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) client. This is a fully remote, hands-on growth position focused on demand creation, offering a unique opportunity to directly impact the company's growth and revenue.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously refining multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in attracting and converting ideal customer profiles within the small business and MSP sectors. You will manage a variety of demand channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of qualified leads to the sales team, and playing a critical role in building scalable, sustainable demand.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of lead generation. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive strategies across paid advertising platforms, crafting targeted email outreach sequences, meticulously building and segmenting prospect lists, preparing for outbound campaigns, and creating compelling campaign-driven content such as blog posts and social media updates. You will be instrumental in building and managing lead funnels that are specifically designed to attract and convert the right MSP customer profiles, always prioritizing lead quality over sheer volume.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the creation and optimization of campaign-specific landing pages. You will ensure that messaging is consistent, calls-to-action are clear and compelling, and that the funnel entry process is smooth and user-friendly. Continuous testing and refinement of messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structures will be essential to drive performance improvements and maximize efficiency across all initiatives.
- • You will own the entire top-of-funnel process, from the initial customer touchpoint all the way through to the point where leads are fully qualified and ready for sales engagement. This ownership extends to ensuring that all leads are meticulously prepared and accurately routed to the appropriate sales representatives for timely follow-up and closing. A strong partnership with the sales team is paramount; you will work closely with them to align on ideal customer profiles, establish clear lead quality standards, and incorporate their valuable feedback to iteratively improve campaign performance.
- • Data integrity, accurate attribution, and insightful reporting are fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for maintaining precise lead tracking and attribution within the CRM system, ensuring a clear and reliable view of campaign effectiveness. Monitoring key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, and cost per lead, will be a daily focus. You will provide regular performance summaries and actionable insights to leadership, clearly highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic adjustments.
