• • As a Lead Generation Representative at Insulet Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s mission to transform diabetes care by identifying and qualifying prospective customers for the Omnipod® insulin management system. This entry-level position is essential to driving new customer acquisition and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
• • Day to day, you will make outbound calls to interested patients, handle inbound inquiries from physicians’ offices and marketing campaigns, educate prospects about Omnipod products, compare them to competitors, and convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified opportunities using product knowledge and CRM tools.
• • You will join Insulet’s Inside Sales team, a collaborative group within a global medical device leader headquartered in Massachusetts, dedicated to improving lives through innovative, tubeless insulin delivery technology like the Omnipod 5 System.
• • In this role, you will develop strong communication and relationship-building skills, gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, deepen your understanding of medical device sales processes, and build a foundation for growth in healthcare sales or customer engagement.
