📋 Description
- • As a Lead Generation Specialist at Scale Army, you will play a critical role in connecting top international talent with leading U.S. companies by converting inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inbound lead engagement, qualifying prospects, scheduling sales calls, owning outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and cold email, developing and optimizing email sequences using tools like Instantly, maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot, and proactively following up with leads to ensure pipeline continuity.
- • You will join a fast-paced, innovative staffing agency that supports U.S.-based clients, working closely with BDR and AE teams to streamline the sales process and expand the pipeline through strategic outreach and data-driven follow-ups.
- • This role offers significant career growth potential, with a clear path to advance into Account Executive, Sales Operations, or Management positions within 3–5 years, while building expertise in AI-powered sales tools, CRM systems, and modern outbound prospecting techniques.
