  • • As a German-Speaking Lead Generation Specialist at The Global Talent Co., you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of a pioneering European health and life sciences company. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, with a specific focus on penetrating the lucrative and highly regulated pharmacy sector. You will serve as the crucial first point of contact for potential partners, laying the groundwork for enduring professional relationships and ensuring a seamless handover of high-quality leads to the dedicated sales team. This is a dynamic, outward-facing position designed for an individual who excels at building professional connections and thrives in the demanding environment of a fast-paced, regulated market.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage with potential pharmacy partners. This involves meticulous market research to pinpoint key players, understand their needs, and initiate contact. You will be expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the client's innovative cannabinoid-based solutions.
  • • You will manage all initial outreach and pre-sales communication in fluent German. This requires a sophisticated understanding of how to articulate the unique value proposition of the company’s medical and wellness brands. Your communication must be clear, compelling, and tailored to the specific needs and regulatory considerations of the pharmacy industry.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve conducting in-depth market research. This research will not only help in identifying potential pharmacy partners but also in uncovering emerging trends, understanding competitive landscapes, and developing novel partnership strategies that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives within the pharmaceutical and wellness sectors.
  • • You will be responsible for establishing and meticulously tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation success. This involves analyzing the outcomes of your outreach efforts, identifying what works best, and continuously optimizing your strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Data-driven decision-making will be key to your success.
  • • Maintaining and updating lead databases is a critical administrative task. You will ensure that all information regarding potential partners, interactions, and lead status is accurate and up-to-date. This ensures seamless follow-up and provides valuable insights for the broader sales and partnership teams.
  • • Collaboration is essential. You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to ensure that your lead generation activities are fully integrated into the overall marketing and growth strategy. This cross-functional synergy will amplify the impact of your efforts and contribute to the company's overarching success.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess native or professional-level fluency in German, which is non-negotiable for effective communication with European partners. You should have 2-4 years of proven experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or business development, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales funnel and lead nurturing processes.
  • • Previous experience or a strong familiarity with the pharmacy industry is highly desirable, as it will allow you to hit the ground running and understand the nuances of this specialized market. Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of confidence are required, as you will be representing the client in professional, outward-facing interactions.
  • • An analytical mindset is crucial for evaluating lead quality, assessing market impact, and refining strategies based on performance data. You should be entrepreneurial, proactive, and adept at creative problem-solving, capable of working independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • • Finally, you must be able to align your working hours with CET business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CET), ensuring consistent availability for communication and collaboration with European stakeholders.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to own a key growth channel, build impactful partnerships, and contribute to a mission-driven brand that is actively transforming the wellness industry. If you are passionate about driving business development in a regulated yet rapidly evolving sector, this is the role for you.
