- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of sales-ready opportunities for our client's sales teams. You will own the entire lead generation process, from the initial identification of target accounts and personas to the final qualification and smooth handover of promising leads. Through diligent research, crafting thoughtful and personalized outreach messages, and maintaining disciplined follow-through on all engagements, you will be instrumental in improving response rates, accelerating sales cycles, and establishing a predictable and sustainable pipeline momentum.
- • Your core responsibilities are strategically divided to ensure comprehensive coverage of the lead generation lifecycle. Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to Prospect Research & Database Building. This involves identifying target accounts and key decision-makers that align with our ideal customer profiles. You will be responsible for building and meticulously maintaining accurate prospect databases using advanced sales intelligence tools. Extensive research into companies, their respective industries, and key personas will be crucial to inform and refine your outreach messaging, ensuring relevance and impact. Furthermore, you will diligently validate and enrich contact data to guarantee high deliverability rates and data accuracy, segmenting prospects based on their role, industry, company size, and any identified buying signals.
- • A significant portion of your role, around 35%, will focus on Multi-Channel Outbound Outreach. You will be executing targeted outbound campaigns across both LinkedIn and email platforms. This includes sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages on a daily basis, as well as running cold email campaigns utilizing sequencing and automation tools. A key aspect of this is the ability to customize messaging dynamically based on each prospect's specific context, pain points, and needs. You will be responsible for managing outreach cadences and ensuring timely follow-ups across multiple touchpoints, while also responding promptly to inbound replies to maintain engagement momentum and nurture potential leads.
- • Approximately 20% of your focus will be on Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management. This involves effectively qualifying prospects based on their fit with our offerings, their demonstrated interest, and their readiness to engage further. You may conduct initial discovery conversations or utilize written qualification methods to gather essential information. Differentiating and accurately tagging leads as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) or Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) is crucial for efficient pipeline progression. You will maintain clean lead stages within the CRM and provide concise, informative handoff notes for the sales teams. Strategic re-engagement of stalled or cold prospects will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring no opportunity is left unexplored.
- • To ensure the integrity and efficiency of our sales processes, 10% of your role will be dedicated to CRM Management & Data Hygiene. This means accurately logging all outreach activities and their outcomes within the designated CRM systems. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date lead statuses and clearly defining next steps for each prospect. Ensuring clean, deduplicated, and well-documented records is paramount for effective reporting and analysis. Tracking engagement history and the context of qualification for each lead will provide valuable insights. Your efforts will also support the generation of reports on pipeline contribution and overall lead quality.
- • Finally, the remaining 5% of your time will be allocated to Performance Tracking & Optimization. This involves diligently tracking your outreach activities and conversion metrics to understand what is working effectively. You will identify which messages, sequences, and communication channels yield the best results. Continuous testing and refinement of subject lines, calls-to-action (CTAs), and personalization approaches will be key to improving performance. Sharing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations based on your performance analysis will be vital for ongoing campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
