• • A core responsibility involves leading and providing hands-on support to a dedicated team of 4-5 Implementation Engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of Branch and Facilities Technology projects from inception to completion.
• • You will act as the senior technical resource, stepping in to resolve complex customer concerns and ensuring that service excellence and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved, maintaining the high standards Ferguson is known for.
