  • You will be instrumental in ensuring that our technology infrastructure not only meets current demands but also aligns with Ferguson's strategic direction and enterprise standards, making a tangible impact on how we build better infrastructure, homes, and businesses.
  • A core responsibility involves leading and providing hands-on support to a dedicated team of 4-5 Implementation Engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of Branch and Facilities Technology projects from inception to completion.
  • You will act as the senior technical resource, stepping in to resolve complex customer concerns and ensuring that service excellence and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved, maintaining the high standards Ferguson is known for.

  • You will actively participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, playing a direct role in shaping the future of the Implementation Engineering team.

  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members will be vital for supporting their development, ensuring project execution is on track, and fostering a supportive team environment.
