This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in driving the discovery of Sintra by small business owners, transforming our paid channels into a predictable, scalable, and highly effective growth engine.   • • This position is far more than just managing ad campaigns; it's about strategic ownership of significant budgets, identifying and unlocking new avenues for scale, and meticulously building robust systems that consistently attract high-intent customers. You will be the architect of our paid social success, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive meaningful user acquisition.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and expanding into emerging channels such as TikTok and AppLovin.
  • • Manage and strategically allocate substantial budgets across various paid social channels, ensuring optimal return on investment and maximizing overall impact.
  • • Make critical, data-informed decisions regarding budget scaling, pausing underperforming campaigns, and reallocating resources to capitalize on high-performing opportunities.
  • • Drive campaign scale by taking initiatives from early-stage traction to significant, sustainable volume, demonstrating a keen ability to identify and exploit growth opportunities.
  • • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and test hypotheses, explore new audience segments and creative angles, and systematically translate learnings into repeatable, high-performing campaigns.
  • • Own the performance metrics across the entire customer acquisition funnel, from initial awareness to conversion, and effectively communicate key insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • • Analyze campaign performance data rigorously, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to continuously optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, fostering an environment where data-driven insights lead to actionable strategies.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities.
