- • As the Lead in the Office of the Chairman, you will serve as a critical extension of the Chairman’s office, turning strategic ideas into tangible execution across high-impact areas including China market entry, talent acquisition, fundraising, and operational setup. This role is pivotal in scaling A1’s presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets while building foundational systems for long-term growth.
- • Your day-to-day will involve working directly with the Chairman to drive China market strategy from concept to execution, building and executing hiring plans to attract top talent, supporting fundraising through investor materials and coordination, establishing local operations including office setup and vendor management, driving external positioning via PR and partnerships, transforming ambiguous priorities into clear action plans, acting as a central operator to unblock teams and track progress, and resolving high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and sound judgment.
- • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is building A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to embed intelligence into everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows.
