- • Lead Platform Engineer role focused on designing, building, and evolving common platform building blocks used across all X-Sight Lines of Business at NICE Actimize.
- • Drive technical leadership in platform architecture, developer enablement, and operational excellence while maintaining hands-on coding responsibilities.
- • Partner with R&D teams, architects, and product owners to translate needs into reusable platform solutions and serve as a technical mentor across engineering teams.
- • Opportunity to shape cloud-native platforms, influence technical direction, and gain deep expertise in scalable SaaS systems while working in a hybrid work environment at a global market leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- • Strong hands-on experience building cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred)
- • Proven experience designing and owning shared systems or frameworks used by multiple teams
- • Solid background in distributed systems, SaaS architectures, and production operations
