- • Lead Product Manager for the Leasing Platform at Progressive Leasing LLC, responsible for modernizing core platform and services that drive consumer and retailer conversion, compliance, and comprehension in the lease-to-own journey.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining product roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, defining use cases and requirements, analyzing product performance, designing and executing A/B tests, and partnering with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal user experience.
- • Progressive Leasing is a FinTech leader with over 20 years of experience, a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), operating three business segments including Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power, and Four (a BNPL platform). The company values innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement through experimentation.
- • In this role, you will shape long-term platform strategy, optimize near-term user experience, lead platform transitions, and deliver measurable business outcomes through data-informed decisions, while growing expertise in regulated FinTech environments and AI-enabled product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software Product Management
- • Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, payments, lending, BNPL, or similar) where compliance and customer disclosures are critical
- • Demonstrated experience using data to inform product decisions, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, and driving measurable improvement
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Experience leading or supporting platform migrations or vendor transitions is strongly preferred
- • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution
