- • Lead Product Manager for Orb’s Pricing Lifecycle team, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and owning outcomes for core product areas including subscription management, price changes, and price models to drive revenue growth and customer value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining feature scope through product discovery, identifying the smallest unit of value to ship, leading customer calls for feedback, drafting product strategy from ambiguity, context-switching across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning, and establishing product practices and processes to enable high-impact delivery as the team scales.
- • Orb is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company backed by $44.1M from top investors like Mayfield, Menlo Ventures, and Greylock, building a revenue design platform used by companies such as Vercel, Pinecone, Perplexity, and Replit to automate billing, evolve pricing, and capture more revenue with confidence.
- • In this role, you will learn to lead product strategy in a high-impact domain, deepen expertise in B2B SaaS pricing and subscription systems, strengthen cross-functional leadership with engineering and design, and shape product processes that scale with the company’s growth, all while working in a hybrid culture with in-office collaboration 3 days/week in SF or quarterly for remote roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software
- • Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals, including defining new products
- • Ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities
- • Experience building strong partnerships with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Demonstrated drive to ship early and often using product discovery and optimization techniques
- • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate with company support
