  • • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Freshworks’ next-generation product line, translating complex technical capabilities into crisp, differentiated value propositions that resonate with IT, CX, and operations leaders worldwide.
  • • Craft and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and competitive narratives that cut through crowded SaaS markets, ensuring every asset—from website copy to demo scripts—tells a cohesive story that elevates brand perception and accelerates pipeline velocity.
  • • Architect and scale a content engine that produces high-impact assets: thought-leadership whitepapers, ROI calculators, interactive demos, customer case studies, and snackable enablement snippets that arm sales and CS teams to win and expand deals.
  • • Partner with demand-gen, lifecycle, and field marketing to design integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, increase product-qualified leads (PQLs), and shorten time-to-value for new customers.
  • • Build and deliver sales enablement programs that include battlecards, objection-handling guides, competitive teardowns, and certification workshops—measured by win-rate uplift and sales confidence scores.
  • • Drive feature adoption and expansion revenue by designing in-product messaging, email nurtures, webinars, and customer advisory boards that turn first-time users into power users and vocal advocates.
  • • Act as the authoritative voice of the customer inside Freshworks: synthesize win/loss interviews, NPS feedback, usage analytics, and market research into actionable insights that steer roadmap prioritization and pricing strategy.
  • • Represent Freshworks on stage and in media as a product evangelist—presenting at industry conferences, hosting webinars, and contributing to analyst briefings to cement our reputation as an innovation leader.
  • • Lead cross-functional squads across product, sales, CS, and growth to deliver launches on time and under budget, using agile project-management rituals, clear KPIs, and transparent dashboards.
  • • Establish and own key metrics: ARR influenced, pipeline sourced, win-rate improvement, feature adoption velocity, and customer expansion MRR—reporting progress to exec staff monthly and iterating ruthlessly.
  • • Mentor and up-level a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and data-driven storytelling that becomes a competitive moat for Freshworks.
  • • Continuously scan the competitive and technology landscape, translating emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital experience into forward-looking narratives that keep Freshworks three steps ahead of the market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product-marketing experience with proven ownership of end-to-end GTM for new products or major feature releases.
  • • Demonstrated ability to craft differentiated positioning and messaging that drove measurable pipeline growth and competitive wins.
  • • Exceptional storytelling skills—able to translate technical features into business value for IT, CX, and finance personas.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using product-usage data, win/loss insights, and marketing attribution to refine strategy.
  • • Nice-to-have: prior experience marketing to mid-market or enterprise ITSM, CRM, or customer-experience platforms.
