- • Lead product marketing efforts for Seccl’s embedded investment platform, turning deep product understanding into clear commercial narratives that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to identify customer value points, friction areas, and growth levers across digital banks, wealthtechs, investment platforms, and adviser firms.
- • Develop and own product messaging, positioning, and enablement materials—including sales playbooks, objection handling guides, campaign assets, and website content—that ensure consistent, compelling communication of Seccl’s value proposition.
- • Support end-to-end product launches by creating customer-facing communications, adoption campaigns, and internal training resources that accelerate feature uptake and market penetration.
- • Leverage buyer, user, competitor, CRM, and win/loss data to refine product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy, translating insights into actionable recommendations for roadmap and prioritisation discussions.
- • Build and maintain product fluency by immersing in Seccl’s operating model, implementation realities, commercial structure, and customer journeys to ensure marketing outputs are grounded in real-world usage.
- • Partner with commercial teams to improve conversion rates, pipeline generation, and customer retention through practical, usable sales enablement tools and targeted messaging.
- • Capture feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements, marketing strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
- • Drive structure and momentum across marketing initiatives without over-engineering processes, ensuring speed and agility align with Seccl’s fast-paced, scaling environment.
- • Act as a hands-on contributor—creating content, refining messaging, and executing campaigns—while also mentoring and guiding others through clear direction and high standards.
- • Stay informed on how AI is transforming product marketing, including its impact on sales enablement, internal knowledge sharing, competitor analysis, and buyer research journeys.
- • Ensure all marketing outputs are commercially relevant, easy to understand, and consistently applied across all customer touchpoints including sales conversations, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
- • Work in a hybrid model with two to three days per week in the London office, collaborating in person with key stakeholders while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
- • Contribute to a culture of transparency, experimentation, and inclusion by challenging assumptions, sharing insights, and embracing ambiguity during periods of rapid growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong product marketing, proposition, or go-to-market experience in a B2B technology, fintech, or SaaS environment
- • Ability to translate complex technical platforms into clear, commercially relevant messaging for diverse customer segments
- • Proven track record of using customer, market, and CRM insights to drive actionable recommendations for positioning and adoption
- • Hands-on, practical approach—comfortable creating sales enablement materials, campaign assets, and messaging directly rather than delegating execution
- • Experience collaborating effectively across Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to align on goals and execution
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, scaling environment with high ownership and minimal top-down direction
