- • The Lead Product Support Engineer serves as a technical point of contact for supporting client loyalty programs post-launch within Dentsu’s proprietary loyalty platform, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and correct client configuration across environments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include triaging support requests, performing platform configuration and quality control, conducting SQL-based data validation, testing APIs via Postman, and debugging Ruby-based systems while collaborating with Client Services, Business System Analysts, Product, and Engineering teams.
- • The role operates within Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., specifically under the Merkle brand, supporting client-facing systems in a hybrid or remote work environment with expectations for flexibility and occasional office attendance based on location.
- • The engineer will develop deep expertise in loyalty platform operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and gain mastery in SQL, API testing, and Ruby-based troubleshooting, positioning them as a trusted technical advisor capable of driving prevention and resolution of configuration-related issues.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in technical support, application support, or analyst roles
- • Strong SQL proficiency for data validation, troubleshooting, and configuration quality control
- • Experience supporting or working within Ruby-based applications
- • Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing and validation
- • Experience performing platform configuration and configuration QA/QC for client-facing systems
- • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- • Ability to manage multiple issues and configuration efforts simultaneously
