- • As a Lead Technical Recruiter at Atticus, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by building the high-caliber engineering teams that develop our groundbreaking products. You will report directly to the Head of Talent and become a pivotal member of our compact, five-person recruiting team, bringing your extensive experience to bear as the most tenured recruiter.

- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all technical roles. This encompasses everything from proactively sourcing exceptional talent to skillfully negotiating and closing offers. You will act as a strategic partner to our engineering leaders and hiring managers, collaborating closely to precisely define role requirements, develop innovative search strategies, and ensure we consistently attract candidates who meet our high bar for talent.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve cultivating and nurturing robust pipelines of high-quality candidates. This includes actively engaging passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but possess the skills and experience we need. Your ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with top-tier technical talent will be crucial to our continued success.
- • You will be responsible for orchestrating a seamless and positive interview process for all candidates. This means ensuring clear and timely communication, providing rapid feedback to all parties involved, and upholding an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Your dedication to a superior candidate journey will reflect positively on Atticus and help us secure the best talent.
- • The Lead Technical Recruiter will manage multiple critical searches concurrently, maintaining a relentless focus on quality and ensuring that the hiring bar remains exceptionally high across all technical disciplines. This requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic prioritization, and a keen eye for identifying top-tier talent.
- • Beyond managing your own requisitions, you will play a vital role in elevating the entire recruiting team. This involves mentoring your peers, sharing your expertise and best practices, and actively contributing to raising the overall standard of recruiting excellence throughout the organization. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
- • You will be empowered to identify and implement improvements across our recruiting operations. This includes evaluating and optimizing our existing processes, exploring and adopting new tools and technologies, and refining our workflows to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
