  • • As the Lead Recruiter at GetGround Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by owning the entire recruitment lifecycle across our UK and Philippines operations. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale the teams that are at the forefront of redefining property investment through AI and PropTech innovation.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive hiring strategy that aligns with GetGround's ambitious growth objectives. This involves a hands-on approach to sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent, from highly skilled Software Engineers for our London-based technology teams to essential corporate functions in both the UK and the Philippines.
  • • Your primary focus will be on end-to-end recruitment, managing every stage from initial candidate engagement and intake meetings with hiring managers, through to offer acceptance and seamless onboarding. This requires a deep understanding of various talent pools and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • • A key aspect of this role is building and nurturing robust talent pipelines. You will proactively identify potential candidates and maintain relationships, ensuring that GetGround has a consistent flow of qualified individuals ready to join as hiring needs arise, thereby minimizing time-to-hire and maximizing the quality of hires.
  • • You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, collaborating closely to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and effective assessment methodologies. This partnership ensures that recruitment efforts are precisely aligned with business needs and that we attract candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also embody GetGround's culture and values.
  • • Creative sourcing will be a cornerstone of your approach. You will go beyond traditional job boards and LinkedIn, experimenting with unconventional channels and leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools to discover talent in places others might overlook. Crafting compelling messaging that resonates with passive candidates and building a strong employer brand will be critical to your success.
  • • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience is paramount. You will ensure that every interaction reflects GetGround's ambition, innovation, and core values, leaving candidates with a positive and lasting impression, regardless of the outcome of their application.
  • • A data-driven mindset is essential. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key hiring metrics such as time to hire, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates. This analysis will inform continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
