• • The Lead Recruiter, Specialist Domains owns the end-to-end recruitment of highly credentialled, domain-expert freelance talent across cultural, creative, and specialist domains, ensuring every placed candidate is a recognized practitioner with verifiable expertise that generalist recruiters cannot replicate.
• • Day to day, the role involves sourcing and identifying rare talent who combine senior-level domain expertise with specific language capabilities, gathering structured evidence of expertise for stakeholders, guiding a small team in talent acquisition and partner coordination, and overseeing vendor management for pricing, support operations, and brand experience to uphold Welocalize’s quality and commercial standards.
