Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of high-impact enablement programs that directly accelerate revenue for the APMEA region—spanning Field Sellers (AE & AM) and Business Development teams across diverse markets.
- • Translate complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling sales narratives and playbooks that reps can deploy in under five minutes, increasing win-rates and shortening sales cycles.
- • Run quarterly needs-analysis sprints with frontline sellers, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to surface skill gaps, competitive threats, and emerging buyer behaviors; turn insights into a rolling 90-day enablement roadmap.
- • Craft and facilitate blended-learning experiences—live virtual workshops, in-person boot camps, micro-learning modules, and certification tracks—that scale from new-hire onboarding to advanced deal-strategy clinics.
- • Partner with Product Marketing to co-create battlecards, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and vertical-specific pitch decks; ensure every asset is localized for cultural nuance and language across APAC, Middle East, and Africa.
- • Build a manager-enablement layer that equips frontline leaders with coaching frameworks, call-review rubrics, and data-driven 1:1 templates—turning every manager into a force-multiplier for rep performance.
- • Establish rigorous KPIs (time-to-productivity, quota attainment, win-rate uplift, content adoption) and own the measurement dashboard; iterate programs continuously based on data, not hunches.
- • Act as the voice of the field back to HQ—distill win/loss stories, pricing objections, and feature gaps into actionable feedback loops for Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams.
- • Champion Freshworks’ sales methodology (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or equivalent) and reinforce it through certification paths, call-shadowing, and deal-review councils.
- • Design scalable self-service resources—video libraries, searchable knowledge bases, and just-in-time learning nudges inside CRM—reducing ramp time for new hires by 30% within the first year.
- • Lead cross-regional “Win Wire” sessions where top reps dissect recent victories, creating viral best-practice sharing that lifts the entire organization’s game.
- • Coordinate with Revenue Operations to embed enablement triggers directly into Salesforce workflows—automatically surfacing relevant content when an opportunity hits a specific stage.
- • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for training tools, e-learning platforms, and content-production agencies, ensuring ROI on every dollar spent.
- • Mentor junior enablement specialists and instructional designers, fostering a culture of experimentation, storytelling excellence, and relentless customer focus.
- • Stay ahead of SaaS sales trends, AI-driven selling tools, and regional compliance requirements to future-proof the enablement stack and keep Freshworks at the competitive edge.
