- • As a Lead Salesforce Engineer within the Go-to-marketplace Applications team at CrowdStrike, you will drive growth by ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of Salesforce platforms critical to business operations.
- • You will build next-gen integrations (including Slack App and Agentic), retire legacy systems, enforce security architecture, manage performance and scalability of Salesforce orgs, and lead implementation of security tools like encryption and audit logging.
- • You will collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and engineering teams to align policies, mentor developers, review code, and adhere to CI/CD best practices while optimizing platform health.
- • You will work within a core tech team of Architects, Dev Engineers, QA Engineers, BSAs, and Product Owners focused on delivering secure, automated infrastructure to accelerate business velocity and operational excellence across GTM applications.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise Salesforce platforms, lead technical initiatives, influence security and performance standards, and grow as a technical leader in a mission-driven cybersecurity organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce application development
- • 2+ years of experience in refactoring or platform improvement projects
- • Knowledge of all Salesforce configuration types and their performance implications
- • Platform App Builder and Platform Developer certifications
