  • • Lead Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr, partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive strategic engagements with enterprise clients by leveraging the Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, leading discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges, designing tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform, and facilitating workshops and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and strategic impact.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver compelling demos, create solution architectures, and align initiatives with positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value for executive and practitioner audiences, stay current on mar-tech and CX industry trends, and grow through mentorship and peer learning within the global presales team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experienced Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer with a background in SaaS and enterprise client engagements.
  • • Strategic thinker with expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
  • • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence, and CCaaS platforms, including system integrations.
  • • Comfortable engaging with C-suite to practitioner stakeholders, possessing strong storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily within the United States.
