📋 Description

  • As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Included Health, you will be at the forefront of delivering and supporting innovative technical solutions that are transforming the healthcare landscape. This pivotal role reports directly to the Solutions Engineering Manager and is instrumental in the successful launch and ongoing technical enablement of our integrated virtual care and navigation services for a diverse range of clients.
  • You will serve as a key technical liaison, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge product offerings and the specific needs of our clients. This involves a deep understanding of both Included Health's platform capabilities and the technical environments of our partners, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • A significant part of your responsibility will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Launch Managers, Product Management, and Engineering. This collaborative spirit is essential for the successful implementation of new services, the resolution of complex technical challenges, and the overall assurance of a smooth and exceptional experience for both our clients and the members who rely on our services.
  • You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. This requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues, developing robust workarounds, and contributing to long-term product improvements based on real-world implementation feedback.
  • Your role will extend to providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the client lifecycle. This includes pre-sales technical consultations, post-sales implementation support, and ongoing technical account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • You will play a crucial role in the technical aspects of client onboarding and integration. This may involve working with APIs, data feeds, security protocols, and other technical integrations to ensure that Included Health's solutions are effectively deployed within client systems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be a core component of your daily activities. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues that may arise during implementation or ongoing operation, often requiring a deep dive into system logs, network configurations, and application behavior.
  • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practice recommendations. This ensures that knowledge is shared effectively across teams and provides valuable resources for clients.
  • The Lead Solutions Engineer will also be involved in evaluating new technologies and methodologies that can enhance Included Health's offerings and improve the efficiency of our solutions. This forward-thinking approach is vital in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology sector.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on Included Health's technical capabilities, providing training and mentorship to junior team members and other internal stakeholders as needed.
  • This role demands a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and often demanding environment.
  • You will be responsible for understanding client technical environments, including their existing systems, infrastructure, and security requirements, to ensure successful integration and adoption of Included Health's solutions.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize client solutions, enhance user experience, and drive greater value from our platform.
  • The position requires excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client stakeholders at various levels.
  • You will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our solutions engineering processes, tools, and best practices, helping to scale our operations as the company grows.
  • Ultimately, your work will directly impact Included Health's mission to improve healthcare access for everyone by ensuring that our technology solutions are robust, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the workflows of our partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and common web technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, XML).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
