- • Lead / Sr. Lead - Strategic Partnerships at BrowserStack Inc. is a pivotal role focused on identifying, building, and scaling high-impact strategic partnerships that drive revenue, product adoption, and long-term growth for the world’s leading cloud-based software testing platform. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, requiring a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to partner with technical audiences and enterprise stakeholders.
- • Day to day, the successful candidate will identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities aligned with BrowserStack’s growth objectives; work closely with Sales and Product teams to develop compelling value propositions and partnership models that enable joint go-to-market strategies; lead end-to-end partnership discussions, collaborating with Sales to navigate procurement, legal, and delivery cycles; drive partner enablement through workshops, executive briefings, and co-marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships and increase partner-led revenue; develop thought leadership content that articulates a differentiated point of view on software testing to build joint value propositions and enhance brand credibility; and define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure partnership progression against marketing and revenue goals.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in B2B partnership strategy within the developer tools and enterprise software space, sharpen their ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, gain end-to-end ownership of partnership lifecycle management, and contribute directly to BrowserStack’s mission of shaping the future of software testing through scalable, innovative collaborations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or B2B Sales at a technology-based software product company
- • Proven experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Product, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with deeply technical audiences such as developers and engineering leaders
- • Strong positioning and messaging skills, with experience articulating the value of technical products to both technical users and business decision-makers
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to influence leadership and senior stakeholders across organizations
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
