- • As a Lead Technical Recruiter at Upside Services, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology teams by spearheading the full-lifecycle recruitment for critical B2C technology roles. This is a pivotal position where your expertise in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent will directly contribute to Upside's rapid growth and sustained high bar for excellence in a dynamic and competitive hiring landscape.
- • You will own the entire recruitment process from inception to completion. This includes initiating role launches, developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies, meticulously coordinating interview processes, facilitating insightful debrief discussions, managing offer approvals, and successfully closing candidates. Your purview will span multiple job families and levels within our technology organization, demanding a broad understanding of various technical specializations.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to establish and maintain absolute clarity from the outset of each search. You will conduct thorough intake conversations with hiring managers, collaboratively define success profiles and appropriate leveling for each role, and ensure that interview plans and evaluation criteria are not only clear and consistent but also directly aligned with the genuine needs of the teams you support.
- • Building and nurturing robust talent pipelines is paramount. You will design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies, actively monitor and manage the health of your recruitment funnels, track pacing against hiring goals, and optimize offer acceptance rates. Your ability to adapt quickly to evolving market signals and shifting priorities will be crucial for success.
- • You will champion a disciplined, candidate-centered recruitment process. This involves ensuring that each stage of the hiring journey progresses efficiently, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates, scheduling and leading pre-brief and debrief sessions, and maintaining impeccable documentation and ATS hygiene. Throughout this process, you will be a guardian of a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Upside's values.
- • Beyond individual searches, you will play a significant role in designing and implementing scalable recruiting systems and processes. This includes developing standardized templates, creating comprehensive playbooks, establishing clear scorecard standards for candidate evaluation, and producing interviewer enablement resources. These initiatives will aim to make the hiring process more consistent, efficient, and easier for hiring teams to execute effectively.
- • You will serve as a key ambassador for Upside, representing the company with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our mission and culture. Your clear communication, reliable follow-through, and commitment to a superior candidate experience will be vital in attracting the best talent and reinforcing our employer brand.
