• • As a Lead Technology Product Manager at Brightflag, you will build the experience that clients use to engage with outside counsel, driving AI-powered capabilities that solve real legal engagement problems and deliver tangible value.
• • You will collaborate daily with design and engineering, define and drive the AI-powered E-Billing roadmap, work hands-on with LLMs and ML systems, talk to customers weekly, shape product strategy, prioritize backlog for impact, and partner with support, success, sales, and marketing to align product with business evolution.
