- • Leads the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management practices across the enterprise to optimize flow, improve value delivery, and strengthen strategic outcomes by enabling strategy-to-execution alignment through Lean-Agile principles at scale.
- • Coaches executives, leaders, and teams on effective strategy-to-execution alignment using Lean-Agile principles, facilitates strategic and investment planning, and guides adoption of portfolio-level agile practices to foster continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
- • Utilizes performance insights and metrics to identify enhancement opportunities, establishes inspect-and-adapt cycles at portfolio and enterprise levels, and matures the Lean Portfolio Management operating model for consistency, standardization, scalability, and flexibility.
- • Develops and delivers LPM training and enablement materials, builds internal coaching capability, defines outcome-oriented metrics (OKRs, KPIs, flow metrics), and creates/maintains LPM dashboards for transparency and outcome focus.
- • Acts as a change agent for enterprise Agile and Lean maturation, partners with enablement leaders and Agile CoE to remove systemic impediments, and works cross-functionally to influence peers without direct authority while anticipating upstream/downstream impacts of change.
- • Operates in a remote setting with up to 25% regular travel for meetings, trainings, and conferences; requires sitting or standing for extended periods and occasional work outside normal business hours to meet deadlines.
- • Contributes to organizational goals by fostering a collaborative workplace culture, cultivating partnerships, developing self and others, driving execution, influencing others, pursuing personal excellence, and understanding the business within a regulated healthcare environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant work experience)
- • Ten (10) years progressive experience in portfolio management, project/program management, agile delivery, or enterprise transformation roles within complex organizations
- • Five (5) years direct experience coaching or leading lean/agile practices at scale
- • Five (5) years experience operating in large, matrixed, or regulated environments
- • Three (3) years experience in the healthcare sector
- • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and executives
