This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic planning, meticulous coordination, effective implementation, thorough evaluation, and continuous enhancement of training and development programs across the entire organization.   • • As a key partner to our sales enablement team, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating impactful learning content that drives sales performance and customer engagement. Your expertise will be vital in developing engaging and effective training materials that resonate with our diverse workforce.
  • • You will stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in learning and development, proactively integrating innovative approaches into our existing practices and materials. This includes exploring new methodologies, technologies, and content formats to ensure our learning programs remain cutting-edge and relevant.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves the analysis of training data. You will meticulously monitor and interpret this data to measure the application of learned skills in the workplace and assess the overall impact of our training initiatives on individual performance and business outcomes. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint critical skill gaps and identify associated training requirements. This will involve close collaboration with the sales enablement team and respective sales leaders to ensure training aligns with strategic business objectives and market demands.
  • • You will design, develop, and implement a variety of engaging training programs, workshops, and learning activities, meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments and employee levels within the organization.
  • • Applying best practices from learning design theory will be fundamental to your approach, ensuring that all programs are not only informative but also highly effective and engaging for participants.
  • • You will partner closely with local sales teams to expertly schedule and coordinate the delivery of all training resources and sessions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum participation for both trainers and attendees.
  • • Coordination with external trainers, subject matter experts, and vendors will be a key function, particularly for specialized training topics that require external expertise.
  • • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date training calendars and effectively communicating schedules to all relevant stakeholders will be essential for operational efficiency.
  • • You will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, organizing, and updating all training materials and digital learning resources to ensure easy accessibility and a centralized repository of knowledge.
  • • Tracking and reporting on training activities, completion rates, and individual employee progress within the LMS will be a core duty, providing visibility into learning engagement.
  • • Generating insightful analytics and dashboards for management review will be crucial for demonstrating the value and reach of L&D initiatives.
  • • Ensuring all training materials are readily accessible to relevant parties across the organization is paramount for fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs will involve collecting feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and recalibrating strategies to continuously enhance outcomes and ROI.
  • • Administering post-training surveys and assessments will provide valuable qualitative and quantitative data for program improvement.
  • • Maintaining accurate and detailed training records and documentation for all employees is a critical compliance and administrative function.
  • • Conducting thorough training needs analysis and proactively recommending program improvements based on evaluation findings will drive the evolution of our L&D offerings.
  • • You will monitor the cost-effectiveness of all learning initiatives, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and that programs deliver strong value.
  • • Researching and evaluating potential training vendors, platforms, and external resources will be important for identifying the best solutions to meet our learning needs.
  • • Identifying opportunities for cost savings while consistently maintaining the highest quality of learning experiences is a key objective.
  • • Advising employees on available training options and career development resources will empower individuals to take ownership of their professional growth.
