- • As a Learning Content & Digital Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape for our diverse workforce. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning content that supports our clinical, quality, and operational standards. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles to create content that is not only informative but also highly actionable and engaging.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Digital Learning Content Design & Development:
- • Spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge digital learning content utilizing a variety of e-learning platforms and tools, including but not limited to Synthesia and Articulate Rise 360.
- • Architect and build comprehensive onboarding modules to welcome new team members, develop role-based curricula tailored to specific job functions, create impactful microlearning assets for just-in-time learning, and design effective refresher training programs.
- • Apply established adult learning principles and innovative pedagogical approaches to ensure all content is clear, concise, engaging, and directly applicable to the daily tasks and challenges faced by our diverse workforce.
- • Instructional Design & Learning Experience:
- • Skillfully translate complex clinical, quality, and operational standards into easily digestible, learner-friendly content and provide clear, step-by-step guidance that empowers our care teams.
- • Actively partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments to gather essential inputs, validate content accuracy, and ensure the utmost relevance to our operational needs.
- • Uphold and maintain a consistent structure, professional tone, and high visual standards across all learning materials to ensure a cohesive and professional learning experience.
- • Content Maintenance & Continuous Improvement:
- • Proactively update and maintain existing learning content to accurately reflect any changes in policies, workflows, clinical best practices, or evolving regulatory requirements.
- • Meticulously manage version control, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure the efficient organization of all learning assets within our learning management systems.
- • Systematically incorporate learner feedback, performance data, and evaluation results to continuously refine and enhance the clarity, usability, and overall effectiveness of our learning programs.
- • Multimedia & Visual Learning:
- • Produce high-quality video-based learning assets using advanced tools like Synthesia, creating dynamic and engaging content.
- • Strategically incorporate compelling visuals, realistic scenarios, and practical examples to significantly enhance learner engagement, comprehension, and knowledge retention.
- • Provide support for basic graphic design and layout needs, elevating the overall quality and aesthetic appeal of our learning materials.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Quality, Operations, Sales, People, and other Corporate teams to effectively support ongoing training initiatives and the successful launch of new programs.
- • Provide dedicated support for pilot programs, large-scale rollouts, and critical content updates, ensuring all learning materials are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- • Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution and enhancement of TheKey’s learning standards, best practices, and the overall content library, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
