- • As a Learning & Development Partner at Orcrist Technologies Inc., you will be the go-to person for everything related to learning, growth, and capability building across the company, working closely with leadership and teams to understand skill needs and design impactful programs that drive employee development in a fast-growing, fully remote tech startup.
- • Day to day, you will design, build, and run learning programs across all levels—from onboarding to leadership development; conduct learning needs assessments with team leads; develop and maintain scalable learning infrastructure including an LMS and onboarding curriculum; create engaging training content in formats like e-learning modules, workshops, and toolkits; support feedback cycles with training materials; and track, analyze, and report on learning initiative effectiveness using data to continuously improve programs.
- • Orcrist is building a next-generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies to empower clients to take decisive actions in complex environments, supporting competitiveness, safety, and resilience through intelligence fusion capabilities that connect any amount of data and sources.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design, stakeholder management, and data-driven learning evaluation; gain experience scaling L&D functions in a high-growth tech environment; and have the opportunity to shape the learning culture of a distributed, innovative team while developing leadership enablement and organizational capability at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment such as a tech startup or scale-up
- • University degree in a related field, such as organizational psychology
- • Certified Business Coach or Mediator
- • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with leaders at different organizational levels
- • Fluency in English and German (C1+)
