- • Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs tailored to the needs of National Accounts employees across the organization.
- • Collaborate with National Accounts leadership to identify skill gaps, performance trends, and training priorities that align with business objectives.
- • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training modules focused on sales enablement, compliance, customer service excellence, and product knowledge specific to National Accounts products and services.
- • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through data-driven metrics, feedback collection, and performance outcome analysis to continuously improve program impact.
- • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Development teams to integrate learning pathways into onboarding, promotion readiness, and succession planning for National Accounts roles.
- • Maintain and update learning management system (LMS) content, ensuring all materials are current, compliant, accessible, and aligned with company branding and regulatory requirements.
- • Coordinate with external vendors and subject matter experts to source, license, or co-develop high-quality training content and tools.
- • Track and report on training participation rates, completion metrics, and learner satisfaction to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- • Support the rollout of new technologies, platforms, or processes through change management communication and targeted training interventions.
- • Ensure all learning programs comply with federal and state regulations relevant to insurance, retirement, and financial services industries.
- • Serve as a key point of contact for National Accounts teams regarding learning resources, training schedules, and development opportunities.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, including mentoring programs, peer learning circles, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- • Document and standardize training processes, templates, and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across regions and teams.
- • Proactively identify emerging trends in adult learning, digital training delivery, and workforce development to recommend innovations that enhance engagement and retention.
- • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on how to support employee development and leverage learning programs to improve team performance.
- • Prepare and present regular reports on learning outcomes, ROI of training investments, and alignment with organizational goals to HR and National Accounts leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or employee benefits industry
- • Proven track record designing and delivering training programs for sales and account management teams at scale
- • Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles
- • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring training effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
