📋 Description

• As the Learning & Development Team Lead at Rain Technologies, you will architect and operate a scalable CX learning infrastructure that bridges frontline support, technical escalation, monitoring, and Engineering, directly impacting operational performance and team readiness across internal and BPO partners.
• You will design tier-based CX skill progression frameworks, establish certification standards tied to escalation authority, build structured onboarding programs, and create recurring refresh cadences to ensure continuous skill development and performance alignment.
• You will own and optimize the Docebo LMS (or comparable), configure learning paths and certifications, build dashboards linked to QA and operational metrics, measure training impact, and continuously improve LMS structure and performance based on data-driven insights.
• You will translate QA trends into targeted training programs, improve escalation clarity and ticket readiness, reduce reopen rates and escalation defects, improve time-to-productivity, and build measurable improvement loops that link learning outcomes to business results.
• You will standardize training across Rain and its BPO partner Horatio, ensure certification alignment, audit consistency and adoption, and enable seamless knowledge transfer and performance consistency across global teams.
• You will join a lean, high-impact, hypergrowth fintech company backed by top-tier investors (Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Lightspeed, Khosla, etc.) that is building the next generation of global payments infrastructure using stablecoins for real-world financial inclusion.

• You will gain deep expertise in linking learning and development to operational performance in a technical, fintech-focused CX environment, mastering LMS administration, certification design, and cross-functional enablement at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, CX Enablement, or Technical Training
• Demonstrated experience implementing and administering Docebo (or a comparable LMS)
• Experience designing certification frameworks tied to performance metrics and operational outcomes
• Experience working with BPO environments and enabling cross-team training consistency
• Experience supporting technical or fintech teams (preferred)
