- • As a Learning Experience Designer at Catalight Foundation, you will create impactful, inclusive, and equity-informed educational experiences that support the organization’s mission to transform home and community-based care for underrepresented communities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing engaging learning experiences across formats (classroom, online, instructor-led, synchronous, asynchronous), developing course manuscripts, applying instructional design models like ADDIE, creating learning assets using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite, managing course development workflows, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, implementing accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA), analyzing post-learning survey data to improve outcomes, and maintaining content currency through updates and enhancements.
- • Catalight Foundation is the parent organization of a family of non-profits including Easterseals Northern California, Easterseals Hawaii, and Catalight Care Services, collectively employing nearly 800 people dedicated to advancing equity, accessibility, and well-being in healthcare and social services through innovative, individualized care and advocacy powered by Xolv Technology Solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, accessibility compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful educational initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion; you’ll grow your portfolio, refine your technical and interpersonal skills, and help shape learner-centered solutions that drive real-world impact.
