📋 Description

• As a key member of Aledade’s Customer Success team within Provider Networks, the Learning Experience Design Specialist designs and delivers high-impact, research-based learning experiences for primary care practices, creating engaging content that accelerates technology adoption and supports value-based care workflows.
• The role involves developing innovative programs that enhance knowledge retention, drive meaningful behavior change, and generate measurable outcomes by balancing partner practice needs with Aledade’s strategic goals.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing learning experiences, creating engaging content, collaborating across teams to ensure user-centered and inclusive solutions, and supporting technology adoption in primary care settings.
• The position offers the opportunity to learn and apply instructional design principles in a healthcare technology context, contribute to value-based care initiatives, and develop expertise in creating scalable, research-backed learning programs that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
