- • The Learning Programs Specialist at Alteryx supports and scales global education initiatives, serving as the operational backbone for customer education, academic programs, and internal enablement efforts to ensure seamless, high-quality learning experiences worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing academic program support for SparkED (handling licensing inquiries and verification requests via SheerID), coordinating technical enablement operations (scheduling training sessions, onboarding, and dashboard reporting), and administering learning content across platforms like Docebo LMS and internal systems such as Seismic/Galaxy.
- • As part of the Education Services team, the role contributes to Alteryx’s mission of empowering organizations through data, automation, and AI by enabling effective learning that drives user success and adoption.
- • The specialist will develop expertise in learning operations, LMS administration, academic program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining exposure to global education initiatives and enablement best practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, customer support, education services, or a related field
- • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment
- • Comfortable working across various systems and tools, including LMS platforms, shared inboxes, and scheduling applications
- • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experiences
