- • The Learning Systems Program Manager will lead strategic projects supporting Velera’s learning ecosystem, including the Learning Management System, learning design, and knowledge management functions, serving as a consultant for effective learning and knowledge deployment across the organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading critical initiatives, conducting needs assessments and gap analyses, managing multiple complex technical projects, deploying system enhancements and compliance programs, designing and deploying learning solutions, collecting and evaluating key metrics, developing dashboards for data-driven decisions, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful learning program execution.
- • Velera is the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, guided by a people‑helping‑people philosophy that fosters inclusion, psychological safety, wellbeing, and belonging in a remote‑first, flexible environment.
- • In this role, the individual can learn and achieve mastery in learning systems strategy, project management methodologies, Lean Six Sigma process improvement, data analysis and reporting for learning effectiveness, system integration and enhancement, and stakeholder consultation, positioning them as a subject matter expert in enterprise learning and knowledge deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Systems Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Six (6) years of experience in learning management system administration, or learning and development fields
- • Three (3) years of experience leading projects and/or project assignment tasks to ensure timely and within-budget completion
- • Ability to understand and translate business needs into strategic solutions
- • Knowledge of current and emerging training tools and systems
- • Lean Six Sigma certificate preferred
