- • The Leasing Manager owns the full lease renewal lifecycle across the manufactured housing portfolio, including rent increase execution, renewal compliance, resident retention strategy, lease administration, and non-renewal coordination.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing high-volume workflows across multiple communities and states, ensuring renewals are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with state-specific landlord-tenant laws.
- • The Leasing Manager works closely with Community Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and Home Office leadership to balance revenue growth, occupancy protection, resident experience, and operational consistency across the portfolio.
- • Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows across multiple communities and states, offering opportunities to develop expertise in property management, regulatory compliance, and resident retention strategies within a growing national organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing lease renewals, rent increases, and lease administration in multifamily or manufactured housing.
- • Strong knowledge of state-specific landlord-tenant laws and compliance requirements.
- • Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with attention to detail and operational discipline.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Community Managers, Regional VPs, and leadership.
- • Demonstrated success in resident retention strategies and balancing revenue growth with occupancy protection.
